location was good. The Breakfast was good. I liked the pool. The outdoor sitting areas around the pool was very nice. Our room was very clean. The entire hotel was very clean. That is something that is really appreciated. No stale odors. The hotel staff seems on top of things. The front desk clerk was a very friendly and very helpful lady. I do not remember her name, unfortunately, as I would have like to mention her specific name to compliment her upon our stay there. I will say she is a very pleasant African American lady, I'm guessing in her 30's to 40's. She checked us in that Saturday afternoon, August 26th and checked us out Sunday morning the 27th. She literally could not have been more helpful. Please give her my compliments! With me was my 91 year old mother. We had come down from Atlanta, Georgia to visit a terminally ill relative that was in the Specialty Hospital at the Villages. It was a sad visit and an emotional time. The cleanliness of the hotel, the amenities and the friendly staff members made the stay part of it very comforting. We really do appreciate all of the hard work your staff puts into the hotel. It is much appreciated. I felt we got a very good value for our money. Thank you all!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites was located at I-75 and close to the Villages. They were pet friendly with a fee but very clean! The staff was always friendly throughout my 2 day stay. My small dogs are usually nervous when we go to a hotel, but they instantly fell asleep and were relaxed during our stay. Breakfast was available daily with yummy pancakes. The shower was huge and easy to enter and exit. Even tho they were more expensive than other hotels in the area, it was well worth the additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!

The breaksfast was one of the best I had at a hotel I really enjoyed it and they had different option and it could eat healthy or a little in healthy. I love the whole staff from time I walked in can tell everybody was friendly and nice made me feel like I was back home I felt more like family then a guest everybody was helpful if I needed anything from the reception to the housekeeping..

It was very nice. Looked quite new and very clean and in order. Desk associates were very nice and professional. Told us about all they had to offer. The area had fast food mostly and was more of an industrial area. It was quiet and the parking lot looked to be full. Nice pool and grill area. We were unable to stay for breakfast as we still had 8 hours driving ahead of us.

We Stayed Overnight Due To a Hurricane and We Got Evacuated From Our Mobile Home, We Were Able To Check In 2 Hrs Early and they Assured Us We Would Be Safe. We Didn't Loose Power Which Was Great We Did Loose Power At Other Places We Got Offers To Stay But NOT At The Hotel..!
